A Franciscan-Marian Shrine in honor of Poland's Queen of Peace and Mercy, Our Lady of Czestochowa. Built by Franciscan Brother Bronislaus, the Shrine is a shining example of what one man with faith can achieve. The inspirational rock grottos depict the Stations of the Cross, Seven Joys of Mary, St. Francis, St. Joseph, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, The Nativity, Our Lady of Sorrows and the Agony in the Garden. This wonderful work of faith is a welcome tonic for body and soul, sacred to pilgrims and inspiring to tourists. Located 35 miles west of downtown St. Louis, Missouri, in the beautiful foothills of the Ozark's, on the grounds of the Franciscan Missionary Brothers. We welcome group tours, families and individuals. |
